Philippians 4:8 gives us a yardstick for measuring good thoughts. Whatsoever things are true, lovely, pure, just, of good report, virtue's, praiseworthy...
Now there is no way your thoughts will fit this yardstick or measure up to them if you watch that "reality" show,with all its unwholesome contents.
