What You feed on (special episode)

If all you do is to spend hours on porn site  absorbing every bit of it then surely one day you are going to force yourself on somebody's child or look for a way to feed your lust

If all you do every day is to is  fill yourself with hate ,anger , jealousy, malice  and list goes on 

Surely one day it might end up in murder ..or witch craft 

The truth is  you become what you consistently see and hear. ..

It's like eating ,the more junk you take in the most likely it is for you to increase in weight ..   

The more food you eat ,the more you gain weight..

I know they are people most especially ladies like myself who say they eat alot but  don get fat..I used to say that not until I increased my food rations and intake of junks I noticed I actually added some weight..

Lol  this food talk is making me hungry..

Let's get back to the the main point.

Over the years the food we eat becomes part of our body after being broken down ..let's not talk biology.well the same goes with what you feed you mind with ..

Understand first of all that man is a spirit who has a soul ( where your mind is) and lives in a body..

So the real you is in your body..The body is not you,its like when you put on clothes, your are not your clothes.

In simple terms your body is the clothes your spirit puts on in other to function in this world.just like you need to put on clothes to go out..

What you feed on becomes who you are 

The informations you received form thoughts, and the thoughts you allow and accept goes on to influence your actions." As a man thinks in his heart so he is"..

Well that's great . But you see people don't just change in character except there be a change in nature ( a change from inside) 

A dog won't start acting like a cat ,he will always be a dog..it is his nature 

(Well if you want to find out about the two types of nature ,you would have to stick around for my next write up)

In other to distroy a mature plant you would have to completely remove the roots els it will find a way to grow back under favourable conditions ( by d way am a plant scientists). I will have to stop here for today ..stay tuned
